We value librarians and information professionals as key partners of AM. The tools on this page are intended to facilitate your management and promotion of AM databases.

We are on hand to assist as you integrate your new AM content and maximise its benefits for students, researchers and faculty. We hope you will find everything you need here, but please contact us at any time with your queries.

MARC records and discoverability

The discoverability of your new content is key: access a complete set of MARC 21 catalogue records together with further information on our work with discovery service providers here: MARC records and discoverability

If your question is not answered here, or if you have feedback regarding MARC records, please contact our Metadata and Discovery Manager, Jennifer Wedge at jenniferw@amdigital.co.uk

Adding AM content to your A-Z Database List

The following files contain details of your AM Explorer: Global Humanities databases:

  • For new customers the full list contains details of all your new databases
  • For existing customers the new for 2025 list gives details of your brand new databases added this year

These are Springshare-formatted files, meaning that if your institution uses Springshare you can import them directly into your A-Z database list.

Find additional help in the Springshare Help Center: A-Z Database List: Import or update databases in bulk, or feel free to contact the Engagement Team for further support.
